This Privacy Policy describes how Caelus Space, Inc. ("Caelus", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information in connection with our website at www.caelus.space (the "Site"), our marketing activities, and inquiries about our satellite-based ground and structural movement monitoring services (together, the "Services"). It also describes your rights under applicable privacy laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA), and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law.

Caelus provides business-to-business services to insurers, reinsurers, infrastructure operators and asset owners. The Site does not require user accounts, and we collect only the limited information described below.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information you provide. When you fill in a contact or demo-request form, email us, or meet us at industry events, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, business email address, and the content of your message.

B. Site usage information. Like most websites, we automatically receive technical data when you browse the Site — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring pages — through cookies and similar technologies provided by our website platform and analytics tools.

C. Business relationship information. If your organization engages Caelus, we process the business contact details of relevant personnel — names, roles and work contact information — to manage the relationship and deliver the Services.

D. Customer portfolio data. In providing the Services, customers may share asset information with us, such as addresses or coordinates of insured properties or infrastructure. We process this data solely to provide the Services under our agreements with the customer, and where such data includes personal information we act as a processor or service provider on the customer's behalf. Individuals whose information is included in customer portfolio data should direct privacy requests to the relevant customer, whose own privacy policy governs that data.

A note on satellite data: our measurements are derived from radar satellite observations of ground and structural movement. They describe terrain and structures — they do not identify individuals and do not capture images of people.

3. How We Share Information​

We do not sell, trade or rent personal information. We share it only with: service providers who support our operations (such as website hosting, CRM, email and analytics providers) under confidentiality obligations; professional advisers where necessary; authorities where required by law; and a successor entity in the context of a merger, acquisition or similar transaction, in which case this Policy will continue to apply.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above: inquiry details for as long as they remain relevant to the relationship, and customer data for the duration required by our agreements and applicable law. Information is then deleted or anonymized.

Caelus operates from the United States and Israel, and your information may be processed in these and other countries whose data-protection laws differ from your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers — Israel benefits from an EU adequacy decision, and for other transfers we use approved mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct or update it; request its deletion; restrict or object to its processing; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (GDPR). California residents may additionally request to know, delete or correct their personal information, opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA), and are entitled to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Residents of Israel have rights of access and correction under the Protection of Privacy Law.

9. Children

The Site and the Services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect on the "Last revised" date above, and material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use of the Site after that date indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
